The kits consist of a bundle of herbs, flowers and fruits used to enhance the energy of your space. Simply add the bag into a saucepan of water on the stove and bring to a gentle simmer or a small amount into a tealight melt pot with a small amount of water with the desired intention. Add water as needed. Once you have finished with the pot - Drain and dispose of the contents.
