Refunds/Returns Policy

If the goods you receive are damaged, please take a photo and email it to auswitchery@gmail.com within 30 days of product shipment for a refunded to be arranged for the item and postage or a replacement product to be sent.

 

If you received an item other than what you ordered please email auswitchery@gmail.com and we will be in contact within 2 business days to resolve the issue

 

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or incorrect purchase once your order has been shipped
